Shipping and Fulfillment

Hekili utilizes third-party fulfillment and marketplaces to provide our products to you. By using our Services, you acknowledge the following shipping terms:

• Thunder Tape and Specialized Gear: All orders for Thunder Tape and related grip products are fulfilled and shipped exclusively through Amazon. These transactions are subject to Amazon’s shipping, delivery, and tracking policies. Hekili is not responsible for shipping delays or delivery issues occurring on the Amazon platform.

• Merchandise and Apparel: Apparel and other merchandise are printed and fulfilled on-demand by Printify.

  • Shipping Estimates: Shipping times are estimates provided by Printify's carrier network and are not guaranteed by Hekili.

• Transfer of Risk: For all Shopify orders, the risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon the fulfillment provider's delivery of the product to the carrier. Hekili is not liable for packages marked as "Delivered" by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen.
