Limitation of Liability; Third-Party Providers

Hekili utilizes third-party marketplaces (Amazon) and fulfillment services (Printify) to provide the Services. We do not guarantee, represent, or warrant that these third-party services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. You expressly agree that your use of these third-party platforms is at your sole risk.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hekili and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the actions, omissions, or errors of our third-party fulfillment partners. This includes, but is not limited to, shipping delays, manufacturing defects, or data security issues occurring on third-party platforms.

Hekili is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of Amazon or Printify. Any claims or disputes related to products fulfilled by Amazon must be resolved through the Amazon platform. In no event shall Hekili's total liability to you exceed the actual amount paid by you to Hekili for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
