Returns and Exchanges
Because our products are fulfilled by third-party partners, our return policy is as follows:

Amazon Orders: All returns, refunds, or replacements for Thunder Tape must be processed through your Amazon account in accordance with Amazon’s return policies.

Printify / Made-to-Order Merch: Since these items are manufactured specifically for you at the time of purchase, we do not accept returns or exchanges for sizing issues or "change of mind." * Damaged or Defective Items:If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturing error, please contact us at support@hekili.co within 30 days of delivery. Please include a clear photo of the issue so we can arrange for a replacement through our fulfillment partner.

Cancellations: Due to the automated nature of our fulfillment via Printify, orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have been sent to production.
